No Class Times:

You can schedule your personal training sessions whenever works with your schedule and a trainer will get you started working on your personalized program.

Individualized Program Design:

Everything begins with your Starting Point Session where we gather the information necessary (including your Functional Movement Screen ™) to individualize your programming.

To achieve your goals, our coaches will guide you through mobility, strength training and cardio to burn fat, build lean muscle and keep you safe.

Lean Habits Nutrition System:

Our dedicated team helps you remember your commitments, show up when work and life are stressful, and helps you troubleshoot when you’re off course.

The women we coach have a lot on their plate. Without the accountability we provide it’s just too easy for self-care to get pushed off the plate for weeks, months or even years at a time.
